Staff was very nice an extremely helpful

The only encounter that I had that was a little bothersome was when we first arrived and they went to take my dog from. She didn t say anything to me or greet my dog. She just slipped the leash on him and said Let s go then she couldn t get him into the kennel. She came back to us and said I need you to do it. I just feel if she would have been a little more friendlier to myself and my dog, it would have felt better dropping him off.

I think there some confusion on the check in/out line process. If you can streamline it a bit better, people won t be so confused. That s just what I heard when I was in line, over all I was very happy with my experience. Thank you!!!!

Spay Neuter KC did a wonderful job spaying my 3 female cats. As a former animal welfare volunteer (and future one after my children are grown), I hope to return to animal welfare service and donating my time/money to groups who provide animal welfare service and education to the public like SNKC. Thank you for helping my fosters become my family members. You guys ROCK!

My only comment would be that for people who need a follow up appointment, like me, that we could make the appointment while we are there. But that s it. Wonderful experience and an organization I am supporting from here on out!

I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. Even the customers in line were friendly. You provide a valuable service to the community. I have heard about your organization for years but until I began rescuing cats it did not seem to be worthwhile to drive 30 miles one way to get them spayed or neutered. You charge half of what my vet charges and bringing in three at once was a big savings for me.

I am floored at the level of dedication of everyone I saw, heard and had exchanges with. What a caring and compassionate bunch of people.

Staff was great! It was peak drop-off time and everyone handled it flawlessly, with efficiency. I never felt rushed, all of my questions were answered and the intake process went quite quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all that you do for our furry family members!
