I would rather come to your great facility and receive the wellness services for my pet. The savings in comparison to a regular veterinary hospital is great, which allows me to make a donation to your organization. I would rather do that to enable other pet/pet owners that need low cost care to be able to receive it. Yours is a great organization with compassionate staff. Thank you for all you do!

The wait to see the vet for a visual exam of my dog was a bit too long. If possible, have more than one vet on duty.

Love, love, love this place and the people. Our dog Roger was surrendered here a year ago after an accident. It was like a reunion bringing him in for his shots...So love that he was remembered and so well cared for! Thank you SNKC for just being AWESOME

I took in a stray pregnant cat that ended up with 8 kittens! Kitten package was very helpful with a tight budget & wanting to get Momma & Kittens vaccinated! Will use your services to get everyone spayed & neutered!

We found the plastic e-collar to be completely disruptive for our cats, and were compelled to explore other collar options. I would encourage your operation to revisit e-collar options and also be more transparent with pet owners about the downside of the plastic cone-style collars. I realize that pets experience things differently from each other, but we found the greater peripheral vision of the inflatable donut-style collar to be much easier on our pets.

Im glad we found your facility! We were a bit leary of someone other than the vet but I was very impressed with the cleanliness, organization and professionalism of the facility and employees!

I am so thrilled with the courteous and thoughtful interactions I’ve had with everyone, from my early calls to get information, to the minute I walked out the door with my kitty after her surgery. I don’t know if you all realize how frustrating and upsetting it is to be a pet parent, trying to make ends meet after a financial set-back, and having so much worry about being able to properly care for our fur babies; let me just say that the relief my family has felt after being able to take care of our little kitty is huge, and we are so very grateful. I have already told lots of people about you, and encouraged anyone who wants to donate to a great cause to send some your way! Once I am in a better financial state, I will be happy to do so as well. Thank you again! Boo sends a happy purr! ??

Our dog was unknowingly in heat during spay. I remember signing a consent about pregnancy, but didn’t know if the paperwork included a clause for spay. I think that would be a beneficial educational piece for clients.

I pre paid bought the best package for express check in. I took over an hour to check in and there were 6 ahead of me who did not pre pay. The employees at the desk didn’t care that I had already prepaid. I was late for work even after I pre arranged to get in and out in 10 minutes for check in and out. This was very frustrating. I was lied to. Very poor customer service. Don’t offer something you can’t provide
