Everyone was so nice and seemed incredibly caring about all the pets there. I m sure you all hear this often but the location isn t ideal. It was a little hard to find and the area around your facility seems abandoned. If it wasn t for the excellent staff I would not have felt comfortable nor would I have left my pets there. Also, I had no trouble with the healing process for my kittens. Their stitches healed so quick and you can barely even tell they had the surgery, minus the shaved tummy! I would HIGHLY recommend your facility with the warning that the area is not the greatest but the services and staff are amazing. Thank you all so much for your help and making me feel at ease with leaving my babies in your care! :)

I would recommend Spay and Neuter of KC to every one. We take all of our animals to Spay and Neuter. They are very kind and very helpful and loving to all of pets. 3 Kittys and a Rottweiler. We have never had any problems with the 1 Spay and 2 Neuter s. I will always use this place for my pets.

Very affordable. All the staff are great with the animals and owners.

My pup was terrified because she had never been in a kennel before. I m sure she was a pain in the butt but the staff took the time to sit in a quiet place with her and also called me immediately so I could come pick her up. I was nervous about her surgery but everyone was absolutely wonderful and we both left happy. Thank you so much for being so good to us!

I was very nervous about taking Hyde to any vet because of past experience but after reading other reviews and meeting the staff I felt very comfortable leaving him there. Everyone is very nice and helpful! And the prices are great! I will be taking my other two dogs here and I would recommend anyone to bring their pets here.

I am so very grateful for your excellent services and costs especially after feeling gouged by unnecessary, duplicated, and over priced services at another veterinary service. A suggestion to improve upon is that many of the things that I filled out and submitted on the web page for the appointment were asked over again on the phone, then were blank on the paper form at the appointment, needed to be redone on paper at the clinic, and this gap was frustrating because those gaps are so similar to the experience you have as a human being at a hospital when transitioning from area to area. Just to confirm, I intended to give five stars on 2-6...not from leaving them defaulted.

You all are very organized in the morning for drop off, but you need to be better organized in the afternoon at 3:30 for pick-up.

We are absolutely so happy to have a place like this! Thanks to all the loving staff.

I was so impressed by my entire experience at Spay-Neuter Kansas City! The staff was friendly, informative and kind, the clinic was clean and they did an excellent job with the surgery. My little kitty is so much happier and just five days out from his surgery is 100% back to normal. Thank you SNKC, without your program, I would not have been able to afford this procedure for my kitty!
