I think that the building needs a face lift. I understand that taking care of the animals is the top priority but a fresh coat of paint would help your facility appear more inviting. My children were actually afraid for me to leave our family pet there just based of the appearance of the building. I assured them that you would care for our pet just as I would and that I was confident in your ability to care for her in my absence. Thank you for helping the community by providing reasonable prices for pet owners to care for their pets properly.

Even though there were a lot of people and pets coming in when I got there, there was little waiting time. The entire staff were friendly and had a happy attitude. Same when I came and picked up my cat. And they went over after care very well.

I am thankful for the great care that was taken with my puppy, she was so scared and shaking like I d never seen before. I also was very happy I was able to get her extra pain meds for 2 days, I had never been offered that any where else. Mia is doing great and I m sure will be back to her playful self in no time. This place made me feel comfortable leaving lola here to get spayed. They informed me of everything going on, and even offered products to help with the days after which I didn t expect. Everyone there was great and friendly and when I get another dog I will go back to them to do the procedure.

Thank you for offering an affordable spay for a stray cat who now belongs to my family, but who we hadn t planned to take on extra vet expenses for.

I am so happy that I came across the Facebook post for the vaccine clinic on 9/13/15. We brought both of our dogs, one is shy and the other is fearful. We had such a good experience with how your staff and volunteers treated us and took into consideration the behaviors of our dogs. I immediately set an appointment for my littlest dog to be neutered. I called the office ahead of surgery and the staff was so nice to answer my questions. The morning of the surgery we were in the waiting room and a staff member asked our name and came back with our paperwork to be signed. She kneeled on the floor at my dog s level and made him comfortable enough to be picked up and taken to the back (this is my fearful dog). I was expecting to be back to pick up my dog at 4pm and I got a text message around 1pm letting me know that surgery was done and my dog was ready to go home. When I wad waiting in the front for him, the staff came out and asked me to come back because he was not cooperating with leaving the kennel. Our entire experience with Spay & Neuter Kansas City so far has been absolutely wonderful, we will recommend you to our friends and family and we will continue to bring our dogs as well. Thank you for such a great experience
