Staff was very friendly, yet I had to overhear another person picking up their pet to receive all the aftercare information that had not been provided by the employee I worked with. While Spay and Neuter KC did a great job, I did not feel very comfortable, like it was an assembly line/warehouse experience, no personalization. Also, I ended up using a boot sock on my cat to prevent her from accessing her stitches, as the cone made eating, drinking, and using the litter box extremely difficult. I was told I had to keep it on her for 10 days, even though it s an option to use or purchase one.

The staff is always so loving, caring and dedicated, and this last visit, to spay my puppy Clara, was no exception. They called me to report a teeth issue I didn t know about which headed off some potential serious issues later, so all was resolved in the same visit. Clean environment, quick service....just can t say enough great things about the place!

Everyone was so nice and seemed incredibly caring about all the pets there. I m sure you all hear this often but the location isn t ideal. It was a little hard to find and the area around your facility seems abandoned. If it wasn t for the excellent staff I would not have felt comfortable nor would I have left my pets there. Also, I had no trouble with the healing process for my kittens. Their stitches healed so quick and you can barely even tell they had the surgery, minus the shaved tummy! I would HIGHLY recommend your facility with the warning that the area is not the greatest but the services and staff are amazing. Thank you all so much for your help and making me feel at ease with leaving my babies in your care! :)
