It might be a good idea to somehow streamline the drop-off process. Lots of people & pets coming in at the same time & wasn t sure what to do. I wasn t in a hurry as I was off for the day but it looked like some people were in a hurry to get to work.

Front desk staff was excellent:friendly and knowledgeable. Wish when we had asked but aftercare pain med we had been given option to buy that day instead of needing to come back the next day...other than that great experience overall. My daughter is`considering volunteering she thought so highly of the experience. Thank you so much!

I wish we had something closer to Topeka. Our feral cat problem is horrifyingly bad and it s really jacking up our local environment. Of course all the clinics we have out here charge $300 per spay/neuter so it s no surprise. :/

The only problem we had was in a mis communication by email. Partly my fault but it was so nice the way they handled it and so nice we did not have to make that long drive over again. I am so excited to know that you are there. I had no idea. The service was go good. But the part of town you are located in is a bit unnerving.

My kitty was spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. The staff members were wonderful and made sure that I understood everything in detail! I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to visit this location!

I think that the building needs a face lift. I understand that taking care of the animals is the top priority but a fresh coat of paint would help your facility appear more inviting. My children were actually afraid for me to leave our family pet there just based of the appearance of the building. I assured them that you would care for our pet just as I would and that I was confident in your ability to care for her in my absence. Thank you for helping the community by providing reasonable prices for pet owners to care for their pets properly.

Even though there were a lot of people and pets coming in when I got there, there was little waiting time. The entire staff were friendly and had a happy attitude. Same when I came and picked up my cat. And they went over after care very well.

I am thankful for the great care that was taken with my puppy, she was so scared and shaking like I d never seen before. I also was very happy I was able to get her extra pain meds for 2 days, I had never been offered that any where else. Mia is doing great and I m sure will be back to her playful self in no time.
