The entire staff was great! That I dealt with. I actually informed the staff member who helped pickup my cat, when I was called a four or three days prior I was quoted a price of one hundred and two dollars, the day I checked Phoebe in for her surgery they checked and they discovered she had tape worms, and I agreed have her microchip for ten bucks and give buck for the tape worm shot, but that morning they forgot to charge me for the tape worm shot, but I caught the miss calculation and was happy to pay for it when I picked up my cat you provide such a service I ll do everything to help, I can t help monetarily, but I ll be happy to pay for service I use, and I ll return my cats cone after the ten days she ll need it for her recovery.

I love this place took my dog jewlz a boxer there she was treated so good , I recently saved a chiweenie named chuey took him to you guys to be neutered he was treated well. And everyone is always so kind and professional . I would recomend you guys to anyone with animals. I ended up purchasing a second collar, it is the inflatable kind, rather than the plastic cone. I would suggest letting people know there are other options as I ended up paying more than necessary for an item I won t use again.

My puppy went in for a spay appointment and came home with fleas. We have worked very hard to keep this from happening and have now spent lots of time and money now to get rid of them. It s frustrating and hard to recommend this service because of this experience.

Highly recommend this place! Answered all questions, very thorough with instructions and great with notifications and follow ups. My pets are doing wonderfully after their surgeries. I am thankful for the people here and for this place!

the service was magnificent.

Stimpy is doing very good after a week. The e-collar was getting her down after a day and new if I took it off...may have trouble getting it back on. Took it off and she never messed w/her stitches. There was no pain or whining any more(Her nick name for a while before the visit, was the whining liberal . She being a wild cat probably just made her a tougher cat. This was my first time using your services and it was phenomenal! Your staff took the time to answer every single question we had and reassured us that our cats would be okay.
