I was highly impressed by the services offered and the friendly and courteous staff. They always made me and my dog feel like we were special clients. However, I was highly disappointed with the phone system and/or the availability to speak with someone when you called. I was always sent to voice-mail to leave a message and would not be called back until the following day.

Very reasonable, yet they truly care about the animals that come through the door. Appreciate the care and attention they gave to my cat.

You re doing a great service to the pets and families of Kansas City! Everyone was super friendly and my dog had the best care of any vet I have been to. I appreciate it greatly! I was also super pleased with the willingness to communicate via email. It worked so much better for my schedule and made setting up my appt very easy. Thanks for all you do!
