PRCKC has been the best. Took my puppy in for a spay!! It s efficient and affordable and a interesting but super efficient drive through drop off system. Found out my pup had heartworm. Dr Maki called as hoped with conformation and offered a treatment plan. Was easy to communicate the process as I was out of town indefinitely on a family matter. As soon as I returned we got my puppy started on treatment right away. Phone is kinda difficult to communicate and understandably so but emails have always been responded to promptly. This place does so much more for so many other animals and families that own them!!! I can t say how great it was to find them and feel I found a great value with them in place of all the other charges and to-dos with a for profit veterinarian. My pups care has been nothing but a great experience with above and beyond care from Dr Maki and team

KC resource center is. Very good place to get animals taken care of when you don t have money to go to high price places they care as much about your pet as you do. They are polite friendly and helpful

I booked my 26lb dog online for the top wellness package. The website says $125 if booked online. We were charged $130. It’s not a big deal, but thought I’d pass the info along incase there’s a discrepancy. Thank you for providing this service.

My baby kitty is doing great post surgery.

I did have to.wait in line for over 90 min at drop off. The person who called me for payment had the wrong animals records and for some reason we kept getting skipped until almost everyone was gone. Other than that everyone was great and we are very happy with the service we got.

I applaud you for your work and mean nothing negative by my indication that I would not recommend you. A better answer is that I would recommend you in some cases but not others. Specifically, my finances would have allowed me to go to a more expensive, but more convenient provider. Between travel time and wait time, I ended up losing half a day of work. (I do not blame you for either. I am only indicating I have an opportunity cost associated with using your services versus another provider closer to me.) My only suggestion is that it would have been nice for someone to have let me know the reason I had to wait so long when picking up my cat, when I saw so many other folks come after me and leave before me.

I still have not been informed if my dog has heart worms or not , she got tested on it

They did a great job with our pets. You can sure tell that they love animals. We were highly impressed with how efficient everything was. We just planned our day around doing Pebbles surgery and Scooters shots and it went great. And saved us a lot of money. Thanks

PRCKC has been a lifesaver, literally, for my kitty! She broke her hip and needed a double surgery. The vet made sure I understood what happened and how to treat it. And the fees were significantly lower than a regular vet!! PRCKC staff are great!
