I normally never take surveys or give feedback but your facility deserves it! I called to make my kitten a spay appointment and was informed on the proper vaccine and booster procedures that my own vet never talked with me about. You guys were able to squeeze me in last minute to make sure my kitten was boostered which was already appreciated so much. Then while I was in line and about to pay I realized a bill was charged to my account early and I wouldn’t have been able to cover the charges but you guys were able to work with me! I paid what I could and my kitten is vaccinated! I couldn’t stop crying after this interaction because it was such a relief! Everyone is SO nice. You can tell the employees truly care about pets and making sure they’re taken care of! I will be bringing my kitten back for her spay and making sure to donate as much as I can! I never had any issues with my older cat and bringing her to your office for her spay. The techs throughly explained how to take care of her after surgery and help heal the wounds! I seriously could not praise you guys enough. I saw so many people and their pets needing help at my visit and I know we all appreciated you guys working your butts off in the heat. The wait may have been long but it was worth it for the quality of care my kitten and I received! Keep doing amazing things!

I am highly satisfied with Pet Resource Center of Kansas City!!! Had my 8mo old Lab neutered and this place has their service down pat. I saved so much going here and if you are on a budget or not, I highly suggest you do your research with them before taking your pet anywhere else. I ll be back. Very affordable compared to anywhere else.

I have always had excellent care here. The last visit I did not get heartworm results until I called back four days later . I also got topical bravecto stead of the pill I normally get.

The price is good, but we had to wait in line for 1.5 hours. We were also ignored by the staff

Upon arrival my pet had been out of surgery for about an hour, I was asked to wait in line, where I waited another hour. During this time cars behind me started getting their dogs, and I began to worry about my own. When I tried calling, the hours on the machine said they didn’t close for another hour, but that it was after hours. Someone finally came to my window to ask me to pull forward more for other cars. When they did I asked about my own dog, and was told that the staff was “going in order.” When I said that my dog had been out of surgery for two hours at this point and cars behind me were getting their pups, I was assured that it was going “in order.” After the employee walked away, I received a call stating because my dog was “chunky” (even though she’s not) it was taking longer for her to move. After this she was out within 10 minutes, which leads me to believe that it had nothing to do with that and that they simply forgot altogether about my dog. If that was not the case and they simply failed to communicate what was going on, I still feel as though the frustration and anxiety of it all could have been avoided with better training/communication.

At the time your worker picks your pet up from the car they should ask and make sure that you re getting the right package as to prevent you from coming back to get whatever isn t done done otherwise everything was perfect

What you do for people and their pet s and the care you give is just astonishing. Being a part of the experience and seeing it for myself was nothing short of miraculous.
