I needed to neuter my cat but needed financial assistance. Customer service was excellent and understanding. She helped me with my issue and got me a quick appointment. Everyone was friendly!!!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful answered any and all questions that I would have.

Said one star to first question due to covid I m un able to see the inside of the facility but form the outside it looks clean and well taken care of. I would also say please let your people who answer the phone to let people know if its a follow up from surgery they will still have to pay to get checked out. And last the person who directs were to go in line was very nice and he very helpful on letting us know how things will go for surgery. I do love this place and will definitely be coming back for any of my fur babies needs.

We have been with you since Angel Hearts Rescue started in 2013 spay/neutering & vaccinating houseless people s dogs and cats. I started coming long before Angel Hearts Rescue when I was doing dog rescue on my own for many years. We are more than happy with the staff and the services that our houseless and low income families dogs and cats receive. Thank you for supporting our mission and waving the fee for the houseless dogs and cats that are spay and neutered.

1st time here. I was amazed at the number of cars dropping off pets yet, both when dropping off and picking up, the staff made us feel like we were the only ones. They took time to explain everything and address our concerns. Very impressed ...5 stars!!!

I would recommend maybe moving to a different area. When I was there a couple who I’m guessing lived near by were screaming at each other and the guy kept grabbing the girl when she was trying to walk away. I felt incredibly uncomfortable being in that area and I saw other people who were waiting for their animals watching this in discomfort. I was hoping that maybe the staff would have called a non emergency line or something considering that it was visibly making people uncomfortable. I’m 90% sure that I ended up driving pst the same couple and the girl was getting raped down the alley way across the street. I ended up calling 911 out of fear for the woman and her life. But if I could recommend anything it would be to look into moving to a better area.
