Always a nice experience.

I was very happy with the service I received for my pet. The only comment I would leave is that I spent 10 minutes at your old facility trying to get in a door and calling your phone line to ask why the doors were all locked. A sign on the doors explaining that the new facility is down the road would be helpful for new clients. One of the people at the desk went out of her way to say that she would pass along my comment and that made a big difference. The winds were about 20 miles per hour that day and it wasn t obvious to me that there was a new facility.
