Everybody is always insanely nice and helpful. They love our pup and feed her the attention she so relentlessly craves. Very professional, would recommend to any and all pet owners. (Side note - would you ever consider opening a second location closer to Indy? :) )

The service I received was great, but the music played in the building was so depressing!

Everyone is very helpful. I really think the doctor is very kind and caring with Yogi and takes time to get to know him and soothe him during his tests and innoculations.

Was so glad to see Dr Baker! All staff are great, I just started with Dr Baker ! I was so happy to learn that my Louie is in great shape for his age. I must be doing something right along with all the great care he has received over the years with BVH!!! Thank you for always giving Louie and my past dog, Lizzy, all your TLC! My grand dogs too!!!!

only thing I would change is that when my dog suddenly has to have surgery which is news to me I want to be told by the vet so I can ask questions and not worrying all night and the next day about it. also I like Megan at the front desk not the blonde no offence intended.

I would not take Isabella any place else! Everyone is so sweet and kind to her, and to us. My children and grandsons do not live close so Izzy is everything to me. Thanks to all of you for being the BEST at what you do!

Wonderfully friendly and professional staff. Massively impressed with the interior of the building and how clean everything was and smelled. I really loved the padded benches that were pet friendly. Little comfy spot for a pet to lay and still be near to their human. The awesome staff were just the icing on the cake!

My first time visit was fantastic! The staff worked wonderfully with my nervous dog. I am so glad I switched vets.
