Our family, Anne, George, Jordan and puppy Levi are SO impressed with Westview Veterinary Services. Right from making an appointment to getting a welcome e-mail, then an appt. reminder e-mail, being greeted so pleasantly when we arrived and great client care extended by EVERYONE in the clinic. It was a bit hectic in the clinic when we arrived but the lovely staff at the front desk greeted us with a warm, calm and attentive manner. Inga was so great with Levi and Dr. Jackie took lots of time with us and answered all of our many questions. We felt very reassured with all the info we received. Puppy Levi gives everyone at the clinic a 4 paw and 1 tail (= 5 star) rating. Thank you for the nicest of first impressions.

I came into the facility with the expectation of making an appointment for a few days hence and was pleasantly surprised that although you had folks arriving for appointments, Dr Jeff would take time to fit Henry and I in, we had a very short wait. When I arrived things was some chaos, the morning had started off very busy. I phoned before coming and got put on hold until the line disconnected. I decided to take my chances and arrived with my dog. There had been a cancellation so I asked if my dog could please be seen. Thankfully my dog got to see the veterinarian quickly. She was excellent. His issue was explored and remedied and they explained the problem and showed me how to help my dog if it happened again. The vet explained that my dog had dental issues and gave me a breakdown of procedures needed to deal with it and the cost. I am grateful for the wisdom and actions taken by the vet on duty.
