PetDr took care of my first fur baby Sadie, she passed when she was 13yrs old. Molly is now the second fur baby they care for. I trust the Dr and staff to always care and do what is best.

The staff was amazing. I was so concerned for my baby girl during her procedure and they called and text me every step of the way to let me know everything was okay!!

We received excellent service when we took Oliver in for a skin condition. We are long time customers of Pet Doctor and will continue to use them for our pets needs.

There was a long list of things to be performed while she was asleep. The total fee was about $100 less than expected, & greatly appreciated since we have 3 dogs & 2 cats. No we are not hoarders. The cats adopted us & we took my daughter s 2 dogs in when she moved.Thanks for being considerate of the cost & always providing quality care & advice. You have always worked us in when we need to bring a sick pet in. Keep up the good work & know that your efforts are appreciated.

This is one of the very best practices in North Texas, and I would highly recommend them. Even if you might be a little further away and have another vet closer to you, it is much better to drive the extra distance to ensure quality care; than to risk your pet’s life. I am extremely appreciative to the entire staff at the Pet Doctor, and cannot thank them enough. I have a bengal cat and a have special fencing to avoid him and his brother from being able to jump over the fence, so I let them out occasionally. I would have never expected that a raccoon would be able to climb the outside of the fence and get into my yard, and attack one of my cats; causing a severe tail pull injury. I took him to the 24hr pet ER in Mesquite TX and they gave me absolutely no hope and wanted to euthanize him. I took him to the Pet Doctor as soon as I could and the experience was like night and day. They provided antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and pain medication; and they treated him with care and explaining everything. My cat is very determined to heal and to get through this and his injuries are improving every day. To anyone that may read this, don’t risk your pet’s life, take them to a real veterinary clinic with lots of practice and that really cares about your pet; take them to the Pet Doctor in Rockwall.

We have been coming to Dr. Webb for a long time. He did Pearl s annual checkup and was very thorough with the exam. We recently had to put our sweet Barber to sleep and getting a clean bill of health on Pearl was great to hear! Highly recommend Dr. Webb.

The staff was very good with our lil pet. She was sick and they were very thorough in finding out what was going on with her lil tummy. I called back the second day with some concerns and they were able to answer my questions. Thank you.

Front office staff answered all my questions at 7am for our surgery. DR. Webb called me with horrible news and handled it with the sincerest care. Once I arrived the techs were graceful and caring. We have had my baby for almost 12 years and I have to let go in maybe 6 months. The staff and DR. WEBB really handled our situation with compassion. I have been coming to yall for 12 years and have never had a bad experience with staff or the entire experience. Thank you for being compassionate, loving, and caring for my baby. Thank you!
