The problem is that it s such a great practice that sometimes it s hard to get in! The good thing is that they make every effort to find a way to see your pet and will call if there is a cancellation so that you can get in sooner. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there. They genuinely care about every single client and patient. What a wonderful practice! I tell all my friends with pets that they should go there. I appreciate exploring holistic options rather than always going directly to prescription medications that often work to treat the symptoms rather that finding the cure. Prescription meds definitely have there place but so do alternative options as well. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our furry babies!

All our visits have been great! The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

very disappointed in not receiving results from my dogs blood work. I received heartworm results, but not results from blood panel. My appt. was 04-02-19 and I still have no results. I called the office on 04-05-19 and was told a message would be given to Dr. Burcham to call me. I have heard nothing.

I am very pleased with the care shown to my 2 dogs-they are both older and have issues, but I am happy to have found vets who are going for the more natural holistic approach with most treatments-my dogs also love everyone there!

I’m puzzled why staff could not fully read the X-ray? I have no doggie insurance and paid $88 for X-ray. Then you wanted another $70 to send off for another opinion and reread that X-ray??! I formerly worked in a medical office and I took xrays and had others in office who could give an opinion. Ps I am in my 70’s and still have to work ... do you honor senior citizens? I like your style but wonder $??

It took a long time to get an appointment- over 2 weeks, almost 3.
