I was charged $5 for waste removal for one of my cats. I didn’t notice any waste removal, it wasn’t remarked upon, and I wasn’t presented with an itemized bill until after I paid. If some waste removal had been done I wouldn’t have any issue with paying that, but there wasn’t so I feel a bit cheated by you.

We had a perfect visit. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The new front office and vet tech staff was amazing! Kind, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all rude. A vast improvement over previous office staff.
