The office staff isn’t very friendly. The practice hasn’t been updated and it’s hard to walk to the door because it’s on a incline and not stable or steady.

I feel that dr Aldrich should grace us with his best rendition of either the Macarena or the Superman at the beginning and end of appointments. Also, he should fix the lights. Finally, the picture in the cat room is a disgrace to art and should be burned

I continue to be impressed by and grateful for the excellent care given to my pets and me. From the office staff to the vets, everyone is friendly, professional and accommodating. Both Dr. Weston and Dr. Kaufman are super knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Please require masks for all staff and clients/visitors! You were very accomodating of our needs in letting us stay in the car, but we would feel better about your practice if you had a policy that made the office safe for us to enter (and worked with the known best practices of COVID prevention).
