Survey is a bit outdated as owners cannot come into the office/exam rooms due to Covid, which I understand.

We are so thankful for Dr. Kaufman and her compassion for older pets (and their owners).

I put N/A for examination of pet and cleanliness of facility because i was unable to enter and actually observe these. It would be nice to implement safety protocols that allow for parents to be allowed in the examination room with the patient.

Excellent, efficient service! We switched from a Hamden veterinarian in Spring Glen. We re very pleased with the quality of veterinary care and cost at Veterinary Associates of Westville. Highly recommended!

I have not had a new puppy in many years so I am very appreciative of the care for my pup and the compassion and guidance I was provided as well. I felt I was provided family-centered care and I am thankful for that.

I didn t go in the office so I can t assess cleanliness. My wait time was reasonable. Babe and I love Dr. Weston and all folks at Westville, pleasant and helpful.

This was our first experience and it was 100% better than our previous veterinarian. We brought our new puppy in and it was such a pleasant experience full of great information and all of our questions were answered fully. We will be bringing our other 2 dogs here as well from now on. Highly recommend.

Casey was misdiagnosed w/hypertension & given BP medication to lower her BP. I was also told she was totally blind in her left eye. I brought her the very next day to Pieper Veterinary Medical Center In Middletown for a 2nd opinion. They found Caseys BP to be perfectly normal & I was told she was not totally blind in her left eye. I was advised to discontinue BP med if Casey became lethargic or stopped eating ( which happened). I called to schedule an appt for Casey to be rechecked again for her BP & given an appt a wk later. I discontinued Caseys BP med as advised to avoid her BP becoming too low. Your office Vet told me BP med wld not cause low BP & to continue meds until I told her I had not given Casey meds for over a wk. Caseys BP was perfectly normal at her recheck w/ you. This alarmed me very much because of it s danger to Casey. My concerns were brushed aside as just a reaction & I shld feel free to discontinue meds at this pt. I am not comfortable w/ the care recently given to my precious dog.

The care of my dog s problems was better than any other vet I have taken him to. Not only was the care of my dog excellent, but the insight and advice on how to make him feel better was outstanding.

dr weston and laura were terrific and very gentle with my 16 year old 29lb cat...who can be a handful! and i appreciate it thanks again

Obviously I was not allowed in so I assume the facilities were clean and sanitary. I like FaceTiming with the doctor and I liked how fast and efficient it was! Thanks for keeping all of safe and out pets healthy
