The staff members are more than staff, they make you feel like friends.

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful The reason for the 4 stars is because my dog received his yearly check up and vaccinations on the same day as his teeth cleaning, so when I picked him up there was no interaction with the vet like there would have been if I were there during the exam. Next year I will schedule these events separately. Other than that, this is a great facility!

My singular complaint is that we had called ahead of our boarding to arrange pickup time because my wife was out of town & I had a very narrow window of time between an out of town doctor appt and going to work. These instructions were reinforced verbally and in written form upon drop-off, yet when I picked up Rosie, she had not been bathed nor nails clipped. Your staff has arranged for a complimentary bath & nails at another time - this just fell thru the cracks - unfortunate & unusual.

The only thing that bothered me is I left a monkey in the waiting room and asked the workers to keep an eye on it while I put the other two in the truck. I turn to go back in and here comes a big black guy toting my monkey out yelling hey you forgot this! Made me grit my teeth a bit seeing someone I didn t know with one of my monkeys.

I have been a patron of Animal Health Center since their first year in business. I have been so very pleased with the services, care, and compassion Dr Williams and staff have provided to us all these years. I have had many family members and friends thank us from the bottom of their hearts for sending them to the Animal Health Center. The only suggestion I could possibly make is to keep doing exactly what your doing.....and maybe open a clinic in Dexter? :)

I was extremely emotional since I was afraid my dog was suffering from a life threatening stroke. However, I was smiling when I left since she was treated & released for vertigo. The vet & staff were very caring & kind in dealing with my 14 year old lab mix. Thank you from me & Bessie.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome when I go in to the office. I appreciate all the time that my doctor and staff take to explain things to me. Keep up the good work.
