I love that my dog is never anxious to go into the vet. She loves everyone there and the staff enjoy giving her cuddles. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is clean.

I must say that the bedside manner of both the veterinary assistant and the vet were outstanding. I love my cat dearly and was rather distressed - they put me and my cat at ease. Also, I m on a fixed income and truly appreciate the vet not trying to upsell me on more expensive tests - the basic tests gave us the answers. Would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

Lee Ann is wonderful. The techs are always very polite and helpful. Dr. Heather is wonderful to work with and really explains what is taking place with my pet.Usually getting an appointment is really fast. Lately, it has taken much longer. Not sure if staffing is short or they are super busy. Lee Ann was able to get me in the next day due to a cancellation, thank goodness. My pet was really ill. Really love this clinic.

We love that Dr. Heather comes in the room and instantly sits on the floor and interact with our dogs and it makes it less threatening to our dogs.

The appointment for bordatella for our 2 standard poodles couldn’t be more convenient and easy to schedule. The technician brought the oral vaccinations out to the waiting room because our 2 yr old was a little skittish and afraid of the waiting room. She was born during Covid and has some anxiety in new situations. Technician was aware and helped calm her. Great visit

My vet was close , I called other vets in placerville... no one could c my dog ..until I called PVC .. The stuff were supper nice the vet I saw she was awesome ! Price was very reasonable. For the amazing job and care for my girl I m truly thankful for them getting my dog in .
