They were ready for us when we arrived. When I returned to pickup, they had them ready to go. Instructions were simple and complete. Rachel is awesome. Dr. Scorse even called to check on us the next day. This experience could not have been better!

My visit was for a bath for my dog so we did not see a doctor. Since I wait at the vet while the dog is bathed, I think the staff did a great job of getting to Freland and getting us out in a reasonable time.

I always feel as though the well being of our pets are foremost in the thoughts of Dr Loden and his staff. Although our girls get nervous when we bring them in, they seem to enjoy the attention they receive. I really appreciate the service we receive.
