Everything was very good. The only thing that was remiss, an important factor, was that I wasn’t called about the results of Davies radiographs; it concerned me. I finally made a call to the office and got the analysis.

I didn’t expect to be in and out that quickly. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and super efficient. I’ve been to many vet offices including overseas and this is by far the best run one I’ve ever come across.

Wonderful & caring staff. Dr. Carlson is simply the best! How many vets busy as she is, just gets down on the floor with your doggie at their level & interacts & examines them so they are so comfortable & not up flopping around, terrified , on a metal table .. Explanations always so thorough; options always given for all treatment. Totally professional, compassionate & caring Veterinarian and Veterinarian staff and office. Woof! I came in with a bird emergency - my cockatiel had broken a blood feather. Doc was in surgery but took the time to pull the feather, patch him up and send him home. Came all the way from DHS and was so grateful that we were able to get in immediately and he saved the day, not to mention my new bird. So much blood! Calm, caring, and excellent care. Didn t know where to go as we are new in the area, but will be back for check ups. Thank you so much!

Dr Wallace is always very informative and helpful any time he has spent time with Augie. It is very obvious that he loves what he does and that he cares about his patients ???? The staff is always kind, attentive and notices (& comments on) how handsome Augie is ????

We have been going to Dr. Kathryn Carlson since 2002 and have always been very satisfied with her and her staff. From Kathryn on down everyone is loving and caring. We so appreciate them all.

The dogs love Carla—she is an excellent groomer and Carissa is doing a great job too! Zacky is very helpful and efficient at the reception desk.

Dr. Bradshaw was wonderful, very loving to my boy. She took time with him, very thorough exam and game plan. Absolutely beautiful facility, great customer service all the way around! Thank you

Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. was very understanding of our dogs entering a new home. Really fortunate to have found a future facility to treat our two Cavalier King Charles dogs.
