Very happy with staff and doctors at village park. my cats have seen all the vets there and every one has always taken an appropriate amount of time with my cats and explained what was going on. My cats most recent visits were with Dr. Wallace and he is excellent, always thorough, explaining his recommendations and results, and providing detailed instructions. Thanks so much!

Dr. Carlson is great. She really makes us feel like she cares and gives us the best recommendations for our two cats, Lucky and Taylor. She is straight forward but NOT pushy. We also LOVE the groomer who shaves our cats, Carla. We ve nicknamed her The Cat Whisperer! Thank you all!????

Dr Jeffries and staff did a good job and Button is on his way to recovery. The only comment I have is that sometimes the wait on the phone can be a little long.

Dr Bradshaw and the staff were welcoming and friendly. They were all very professional. Very good at explaining things, and found the office visit and extra costs to be very fair. Thank you for taking care of our Bailie.

I love you guys and you take great care of Mac my Bulldog. My only concern is that we boarded Mac for the first time (he has never been boarded before and I explained that I didn t know the process) and I had a vet appointment at 1:30pm. We saw the vet and Mac got his shots. We ended up finishing our appointment about 2:30pm and then you took him for boarding. We picked him up the next day right around 3 or 3:15pm. We were charged for 1 night and then 1/2 a day. When I asked the day before what time he needed to be picked up I was told by 5pm. Nobody ever stated there would be additional charges. I was a little surprised by the additional charges.

As always Dr Bradshaw and Carie (Don t know spelling) were great. I really appreciate the time they spend with me and my pets. I also like that I can update Dr. Bradshaw on my other pets and she takes the time for that.

Wait times always seem to be long, based on appt times. It would be helpful to have the staff indicate how long to expect the wait time to be upon arrival. I appreciate being worked into the day and understand that unscheduled emergencies arise.

I want to thank you all so much for all the help and love I got while visiting your office for my two kitties. It was my first visit and not having an appointment with you guys, you still helped me very quick and got the help my babies needed. I feel confident in my kitties surgeries with dr Wallace this Thursday , and that everything will go great and they will be feeling better in no time. I will highly recommend your office in future !
