I would like to schedule every four weeks grooming for Simon Jones for a complete year in advance. I have been doing this for years until when I was told that they would not schedule grooming appointments only for two months in advance. This is absolutely ridiculous to change this now . I would really appreciate being able to schedule yearly grooming appointments now. Thank you.

If I could give more stars we would. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for helping us with our Lacey. We were not even a customer and our dog was extremely sick one morning , we were so upset and the receptionist went out of her way to arrange an appointment right away even though they had no openings. Staff and Dr Paxton are so personable and caring. God Bless!

I feel that the exam and the labs all cost too much money. It’s more than a human going to the doctors. Over $400 for an annual visit for a pet is too much.

I m not sure if I met the doctor or not. We don t have the need to go to the vet that often thankfully, so whomever came in didn t formally introduce themselves, so I m not sure who I was speaking with. I met the vet techs though, I believe; very nice. I was told my dog had a luxating patella. I was also told she needed surgery. I was given the price, financing options, and if I wanted to go ahead and schedule. I was a little surprised and wasn t sure what to do, so I didn t schedule. I have started doing research and I wish I could have been talked to about possible exercises we could try or supplements and surgery being the last options if nothing else helped. With that being said, everyone was very friendly, I just wish I could have had a more information concerning this diagnosis.
