I was in and out with no hassle at all. I was honestly surprised at how effortless they made everything. Each time I’ve contacted them or needed assistance, I was helped right away, without being put on hold for an extended period of time. Each person has been so kind and seemed to really care about my puppy which is refreshing!

I had interaction with Debbie, Tina, Dr. Stephenson, Ye, and Jessica and all of them were wonderful, as usual. They take very good care of my loved ones.

Really impressed by the whole staff. We have owned pets for over 50 years and Greystone is by far the best veterinary service we have used.

Let me preface by saying I love every staff member here and respect the heck out of the entire veterinarian community... but I need to help understanding why a 100 mL bottle of dexamethasone cost less than $6, a scripted dosage is 1cc ish/100lbs, but my 13 lb cat got enough dex to cost almost $30... I understand markups. I have no problem with any other charge on our invoice. But why did a small dose of dexamethasone cost so much?

Very efficient service and friendly staff

I told the girl that came out to get Maggie out of the truck to NOT perform the parasite test. She replied, Yes sir and wrote it down on the form. When I picked Maggie up, there was a $25.00 charge for a parasite test. This is the second time that the same thing has happened. Costing me money for tests that I clearly told the staff not to do, leaves me troubled about upcharging me. Steve Garmon
