Theodore Finn loves Dr. Paxton. He doesn’t give kisses to just anyone. I like that he is not afraid to go see his doctor. I always feel like Dr. Paxton takes plenty of time to explain and answer questions.He is a great vet who really cares about his little patients and their families. The Greystone staff is great.

I like Greystone they have always taken very good care of KJ... The staff is awesome and the Veterinarians are always informative and helpful..

I especially appreciate the time that Dr. Paxton takes each time I bring in a cat, and that he sympathized with hungry Monkey Face and helped me to understand his mealtime aggression.

I had asked to have my dog s nails trimmed at the appointment, but they didn t trim his nails. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that my dog could get all of his vaccinations at that time. After arriving, I was told that my dog would not be able to get all of his vaccinations at that appointment and I would need to schedule an additional appointment. It would have been nice to have been told initially that 2 separate appointments would be needed and if a vaccination could be administered by a tech for the second appointment or a specific vaccination. I understand that some vaccines can not be administered together. It would helpful for planning in the future.

Compared to other vets In The area you guys are way more expensive but your staff is excellent so I stay. But dr.denton is an amazing vet as well but doesn t charge nearly as much.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. I am extremely happy with their care!

Felt good about my pet getting the right diagnosis and medication. The anxiety over changing vets is gone. Thank goodness!

My elderly cat was very sick so we were there three days in a row. Everyone was very kind and attentive and my girl received excellent care.

It would be great if I didn t need to make an appointment for these monthly visits we make just to have Jazzmin s nails trimmed and pick up another dose of Trifexis. Sometimes I wish I could just pop in for those services when I happen to be in the neighborhood.

Thank you so much to all of the staff/doctor to accommodate me on bringing in my cat the same day! What a relief she is back to her normal self and feeling better!
