Just a suggestions for your Christmas cards. It would be a lot warmer and friendlier if you just signed Dr. Matt or Dr. Paxton. Signing Dr. J. Doe or Dr.John Doe sounds like we are all strangers and don t know each other which defeats the point of a Christmas card. Just sayin........

My visit was not a pleasant one to say the least. I was expecting one thing and found out upon picking up Cooper something totally different. To put it in a nutshell, I was in shock at the total bill for having his teeth cleaned and a few shots. Some work was done that I did not authorize, heartworm.. Bill was $378. I made his appointment almost a year ago to take advantage of the 50% discount for dental cleaning that I was told would be a given in February. Found out too late that this did not exist. So Dr. Paxton and I worked it out one-on-one via his call to me after the fact. I made a suggestion that they let customers know in advance of what they would be paying so no shockers. Dr. Paxton told me it wasn t about the money, he wanted me to be happy. What needs to be remembered is that Seniors live on fixed incomes and most of us have dogs. I would guess that most don t take care of their dogs as they should because of the ridiculous costs of vets. Way overpriced!! Someone needed to speak up and I did. Maybe consider senior discounts. Finally, Debbie knew the situation and chose to answer phones, instead of putting them on hold, when I was waiting to pay. I know customer service and this just added fuel to a fire burning at the time. Very unprofessional behavior.

Greystone are so compassionate with their animals and truly take their time to answer any and all questions you may have. Their staff is amazing!!! My Dr. Paxton is nothing but the very best!!! I would and will NOT go to another vet. I have been with Greystone for over five years now, and I will remain a loyal client for the future as well. I also have to say that Debbie the office manager is one of my favorites, she is always willing to listen and lend a helping hand. My other favorite is Jennnifer, she is also a great listener and will go beyond to help a client. Last but not least the technicians are really good too. Thank you Greystone for the best five years you have taken care of my animals.

Everyone at Greystone was excellent in the care of Daisy since her treatment was an emergency cause of being hit by a car,Daisy has been seen at Greystone since she was a Puppy and They saved her life even then when she had Parvovirus,so I ve trusted their staff ever since then and will continue to!!!

We recently moved to BG so I needed to switch to a vet here in town. This was our first visit to Greystone, for my furbaby s yearly check up. I was thoroughly impressed with the care that he received! Dr. Paxton took his time with explaining all the information to us, and answering any questions that we had.
