Felt good about my pet getting the right diagnosis and medication. The anxiety over changing vets is gone. Thank goodness!

My elderly cat was very sick so we were there three days in a row. Everyone was very kind and attentive and my girl received excellent care.

It would be great if I didn t need to make an appointment for these monthly visits we make just to have Jazzmin s nails trimmed and pick up another dose of Trifexis. Sometimes I wish I could just pop in for those services when I happen to be in the neighborhood.

Thank you so much to all of the staff/doctor to accommodate me on bringing in my cat the same day! What a relief she is back to her normal self and feeling better!

I really like the service we ve been getting here for our pup, but the last two times I ve been here, there have been incidences in the lobby. Dogs ended up biting each other previously, and during this visit a cat ran out into the lobby. I like the service I get, but I m not sure it is he safest place to wait for an appointment.

the staff at front desk are great they knew me my dogs name even asked if I needed a sack of dog food the staff said only had one bag and I had forgot I needed a bag so was glad they asked or would have been out when I had remembered that I needed it.

Great experience and wonderful clinical diagnosis with explainations. Especially appreciated the care and time they took to explain things to my 9 yo child who was very worried about his new puppy.

Prices too high

Overpriced for 5 minutes

The vet tech dragged my dog across the floor by his leash because he was afraid to walk on the tile. After I told her this repeatedly it wasn t until I offered to carry him that she picked him up (he only weighs 45 lbs). I thought this caused him and me unnecessary distress. I love Dr. Paxton and the way you all work hard to get me in quickly to be seen.

I absolutely love the staff. My dog actually gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. That to me is proof Greystone is the very best place for my animals to go when they feel bad. Thanks Greystone!
