Love Greystone! You are the best, but…all of my friends who have pets say the same thing,”No! They are too expensive.” Or, “No! They’re the most expensive vet in town.” I’m sorry guys, but that’s what I get ALL the time. I’ve been with Greystone since the year after you opened and I’ve never thought about changing Vets.

I felt very welcomed there, from reception to the doctor. Dr. Price was very knowledgeable and took her time with me.

Great doctor. Knows everything about dogs and what could go wrong. Willing to work with us to keep expenses down.

Dr. Paxton is a family friend and I recommend anyone I know to him. He is great and very knowledgeable. One thing I did not necessarily like was the way the receptionist acted. I am unsure of her name, but she is the older lady with all the tattoos. She was rude and short with me, and acted like I bothered her when I asked her simple questions. I believe she is replaceable. She acted like everyone irritated her. I watched her interact with a few customers and each were treated the same way.

Service was great loved the staff and Dr. But you charged us for nail clip on one dog that wasn t clipped .

I enjoy mixing it up with the staff. They re the best at what they do.

Dr Price and staff are wonderful. Staff calls me and my pets by name. They are response to my needs. Dr Price spends the time needed to talk through my pets health ... takes the time and is not rushed.

I rated everything 5 star but when I would press the star it would not change or acknowledge my rating. Thank all of you for being so kind.

Dr Price and everyone there truly cares for the animals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It would be nice for office to be open at 7:30 for grooming drop offs….we have to be at work by 8 most mornings….that extra 10-15 minutes really helps. But we love everybody at Greystone!!!!

Most bothersome issue is when you’re speaking with the receptionist and they completely ignore you to take a phone call. Not just to answer and ask the caller to hold please, but they act like they weren’t just in the middle of something and have all day to chit chat.

No suggestions. You are doing a wonderful job!!!

Really feel like I am being up charged every time I take my dog in. Past three times I been in this office I have paid 250+ dollars. Thinking about going somewhere different.

I was there to have my fur baby groomed. The staff was absolutely wonderful and my baby was cute as well.

All of the staff there was so friendly and caring. We ended up having to put our cat to sleep due to a cancer diagnosis and they could not have been more compassionate.

Thank you so much for working us in on a Monday afternoon after our cat had a fall over the weekend. We love the Greystone team and Dr. Price. They always take amazing care of our furry loves.
