Extremely courteous staff. Doctor was great. Explained everything in detail. Very clean office. Did not smell like pets at all. Excellent experience!

We got to our appointment a little early and we were put into an exam room immediately. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about my dog.

After making several calls to other veterinarian offices to get an appt for Sage (our regular vet couldn t see her that day) Legacy got us in right away, we felt completely at home and even felt the vet really cared, that was important and the rest of the staff was amazing as well. We have officially named Legacy our new veterinarian home, hopefully you accept us as well! Thank you!

Even though my cat s blood that was taken was lost and I had to bring him back in to be sedated and drawn again, the staff was great getting us back in right away and getting it taken care of.

Excellent service and staff

Our visit was AWESOME and this was the first time I had ever left my little buddy and I felt totally confident he was in the best of care. I was even impressed when they told me he looked like he needed a blanket while he was resting in his kennel. I hope all my clicks showed up excellent. We absolutely love you guys. My only complaint is the wait time can exceed 20min which feels too long. There was once when I waited almost 60min and you credited my bill the visit fee without me complaining and that was much appreciated. I’m so satisfied overall that the long wait won’t keep me from coming back but it would be great if it was improved on. Thanks to your entire team for the personal touch of tender, knowledgeable care that you all give.
