I appreciate that when we come in we are treated like family.

Chantel took her time with Bridgette & Bardot to get to know her, she did an excellent job with them, especially Bridgette, (she doesn t like the thermometer!!)

I would think there would be a routine follow-up exam a week after the surgery just to check and be sure everything is healing properly. This post-op exam should be at no additional charge.

Excellent clinic. So happy my kitties and their 2nd mama live so close. I really appreciate their thoroughness and how well they took care of my fur children. Can t imagine going anywhere else. I would most definitely travel a distance to get to them. Thank you!!!!

I felt like I was upsold on the nail trim. I didn t really want it and the doc said he would do it anyway and didn t tell me it was $22 so I had it removed from the bill. I would have preferred to have had the rabies shot in the exam room as my dog was very nervous. She was taken to the back and was so scared that her anal glands expressed (which she does when stressed) and my car stunk the whole ride home and then my house as well for the next day.

Love the care and personalized attention I get when we go in. The staff is always welcoming and the new facility is beautiful. I can never thank them enough for the support I received when I had to let my girl go last year and they are very patient and understanding with my new wild child ! This last visit the doctor and Justin spend a great deal of time discussing an unusual problem we had been having. I m happy to say we have a successful solution. I can t praise these people enough!! Through the years I have had several Vets. But I can honestly say that the staff at Legacy was not only the friendliest but was also very knowledgable and willing to share that knowledge with me in regards to my puppy. Thank you for the Great Experience!

My dog received 3 injections and within a couple hours she was in terrible pain and could hardly walk and could not make the stairs. I have had dogs for over 50 years and have NEVER had them experience this. What happened here? We have not seen this Vet before....is there a problem?

Payment plan options would be ideal. I am recently out of grad school, and want the best care for my little buddy...but really cannot afford to pay a huge bill out of pocket. A payment plan would make excellent care like yours much more affordable to people in a similar situation, while consequently increasing the number of patients you see, positive ratings online, etc.

I hope my FIVE star rating went through. I ve said many time to many people how much I adore you all and how very excellent Dr. Singvorapant and his entire staff have always been to me, my Son, Kobe (God rest his Soul), and our new little(?) character we so love and enjoy. Will make payment as explained.

I think most pet parents would like to be a part of the pet s exam, to at least be present when the vet conducts whatever tests he needs to do to check the pet s health instead of this being done in another room and only vaccinations done with the owner.

We came in for a sore paw that our dog had, but didn t leave with any treatment or recommendations for the paw. Instead we left with a round of antibiotics for infection that had showed up on the blood panel. The paw looks to be getting better now, but we would ve appreciated more explanation/attention to the paw instead of all the tests.

The entire staff, Michelle, Jennifer, and of course, Dr. Sarhangpour are fantastic. And the follow-up call the next day was really appreciated.

This clinic is always clean. The staff are awesome, easy to talk to and are very knowledgable. Keep up the great work!
