Dr. Kingsley is the best!

Ridiculous that you still can not go in with your pet. Totally stressful for my pet. The doctor was very knowledgable but the facility was totally inadequate. The tech was very nice but the staff inside seemed offended that I even set foot in the office. Very expensive for an uncomfortable procedure and facility.

As to Customer Service, whoever answers the phone, should ask the customer what they are calling about before asking them to put them on hold. They may be able to help them without taking long at all, but never keep a customer on hold for eight minutes, as I was when I was waiting outside to drop something off. That was the third time I had called and immediately been asked to be put on hold. Not great Customer Service! Other two times weren t so long, but keeping me waiting for eight minutes while I was standing outside waiting to talk to someone when I could see people inside standing around, made me upset. Just a comment! Thank you! And never received any info on billing.

We are very satisfied with Dr. Taylor & keep bringing our cats to see him.

I was surprised that the office didn t have Kai s previous surgery records even though we have been there for 2 years. But overall, the doctor was very nice.

Animal Medical Centers of Loudoun is a wonderful veterinary clinic with a great staff and amazing vets. I would not trust my dogs to anyone else.

The doctor s explanation of the results of the lab work was clear and concise. His suggestion for future treatment was informative and reassuring.

You guys make covid appts so much easier on us than I ever imagined possible. It’s so hard to have my pups go in alone BUT knowing they are in such good hands and cared for makes it easier. Thank you for taking such great care of Oliver!!! And for getting us in at the last minute!

This office is so accommodating and was able to see my dog Lincoln fast. The staff was and has been super helpful and caring. Found our new vet since moving to Ashburn.

Tried to give five stars but the survey wouldn’t let me. Can’t grade the cleanliness of the facility if I’m not let in the door. How soon before I can come in to visit with Dr. Grasso and my pets? I don’t like this having to wait in my car.

I feel there is a disconnect and may need to seek another practice to care for our pup. The office staff has always been super friendly. However, as a first time dog owner I ve almost felt shamed in owning a dog. I am looking for a vet that is wholestic, and will guide me on taking care of our pup wholestically. Sometime I m told we ll put that in your bag when you pick up you pet. But often find information or medication is missing or not in the bag. A few timesI ve had to go back and ask for what s missing. I hope to find a vet that s more supportive. Currently, my pup has tummy issues and when I compare the care friends are receiving for their pet elsewhere its just not the same. Really disappointing. Video appts are not available so I have no idea what happens when I drop my pup off. Was hoping that like with humans there would be a video teleconferencing option.

Dr. Grasso and Kelly are terrific. They are very caring, informative and knowledgeable. They are the best!
