I am very happy with the care provided by the staff.

Harmony House Cat shelter recommended this office when I found a stray cat I decided to keep. This office was so clean and modern. The coffee station, even though I didn t use it, was so welcoming. I was able to get a appointment the same week I called. I got a neuter procedure done the same week as well. Several other veterinarians I called only had appointments with a month long wait. Also, there was a low cost neuter option which is more than Anticruelty or Paws but half the cost of most other vets. When picking up my cat he urinated in his carrier on the way out. Kasia the tech took him back to clean out the carrier, gave him a new blanket and pee pads and even some for my car. How caring! I love this place and have found a new vet!

We just love Dr. Tobin. She gives Arwen the best, most thoughtful and considerate care, and she is very diplomatic about our zillions of questions. :) Happy Holidays!

Dr. Kate is very kind and compassionate. I lost my dog and cat this year to cancer. She has been very supportive and kind. She is a wonderful vet.

Every appointment has been easy and pleasant. The staff here is so helpful and kind!

I can t say enough about Dr. Beri and the staff at the hospital. I wouldn t consider taking my pets to anyone else. Kind, caring and the best interest of your pet is always their main focus. Thank you very much!

I like the fact that when I have an appointment the doctor sees me at the time and does not keep me waiting and I am checked out quickly after the visit.

I can’t thank the staff the vets and the assistants enough. As annoying as I thought I was to them(undecided, confused and time consuming) I was Absolutely terrified for my dog and the options provided were nice to have. The place is cleaner than most facilities that don’t even have dogs. You’d think an animal hosp would be quite dirty but the cleanliness is on point. Sometimes there are hiccups when you switch staff members with pricing of things but I 100% understand the confusion and mix ups. I was there for 3.5 hours and then my dog had surgery the next day. Ollie doesn’t even seem out of it a day after coming home from surgery. He’s just back to being my dog! That warms my heart especially with this cold weather. Thank you portage park hospital!
