This was my first visit and I was so incredibly happy with the service and care the staff gave my cat and me. I felt that they really cared about my pet s health. The tech and the vet took their time listening to what my pet was experiencing and gave insightful information. I will be staying with them and sending referrals their way!

Not thrilled with the Creekside anymore.. It used to be great, and over the last few years went down hill. Once in the exam room, the Tech took my dog back for a blood draw and came back.. Shortly after the DR. came in with 3 or 4 different shots for my dog. All were administered, I had no idea what any were - or what I was paying for. After a quick exam I was told my 4 year old dog has arthritis, no other fix but surgery - did not discuss risks, outcome, or procedure. She has minor allergies and I was told I need to pay $120 additional for her blood test to see if her kidney and liver function are appropriate to keep giving her the medicine we provide as needed. Her Ear was swabbed, and shockingly it was dirty, $20, then to analyze it $30 ... Yep It was an infection... Another $20 ... Oh, by the way I was never even asked for all the services performed. After the ear sample was analyzed the tech came back into the room and said it s a very minor infection.. Every time I come my dog magically has an ear infection. Lastly, at the very beginning of the appointment I told the Tech I needed heartworm and flea preventative - (this is usually a given at an annual appointment). I get to the checkout area.. Told the price (+/- $300 for an annual with the ear issues and whatever shots were provided).. I ask What am I actually paying for and then I finally see the invoice.. On it, no Heartworm or Flea medication at all.. Over the last 4/5 years the vet has consistently gone downhill since the move to the new location. Seems like more of a money grab then the service we originally enjoyed at the old location. We re over it.

There are a lot of vets closer to where we live, but we continue to drive because you all are the absolute best. Thank you for making Rue s first visit with you so amazing. We always receive excellent care and look forward to the next visit with you.

This was our first visit and we were very impressed with the staff, Andrea and Dr Cronin. Hunter enjoyed being seen. He sat looking at the door waiting to have someone come into see him. We have only seen another Vet and Hunter did not respond to him like he did at Creekside Animal Hospital. Thank you for being so great with Hunter and answering all of our questions and concerns
