It s a bit weird to have all of the answers already set for 5 stars. I was very pleased, as always, with the attention we received. The doctor was clear and concise, the nurse was very efficient. The best that could have been.

During curbside service, you should consider not just a call but a video call at the option of the customer.

I absolutely love bringing my pup here. From my experience with the front staff, to the technicians and the doctors - First in class!!!!!

I can’t rate the cleanliness as I was outside. My favorite part of the vet visit is watching the vet work with my animals. With Covid I can’t do that anymore. I hope we will all be safe and well soon!

One of the staff even brought me a bottle of water while I waited.

The service was so great! My Coco was a bit of a handful and Animal Med Center of HV got her taken care of and made it look easy. It was a huge relief for me as other vets would not work with Coco since her anxiety can make her a little scary to handle. Thank you AMC of HV.

I have been using your services for over 15 years and have been extremely satisfied on every visit. The quality of care for my Golden Retrievers has been perfect, I highly doubt anyone else could come close. I was most impressed with the curbside service. Enjoy talking directly with the Vet but Blake was very courteous and answered any question I had.

When I arrived for my appointment, I read a sign on the entrance door instructing me to call for an assistant to come out to retrieve my dog from my car. Unfortunately, I had left my cell phone on my charger at home. So I had to drive back home to get my cell phone, then drive back to make the call. It would have been helpful if that information was on the website when I scheduled the appointment.

I appreciate what the staff is doing to accommodate us during this period. They are making it possible to get help when our babies are sick. The staff was wonderful about picking up and delivering them to our cars.
