I m not sure if it was a busy day or what, but when the vet tech came in to give shots, she didn t spend any time interacting with the dog prior to dropping some cheese on the floor and jumping in with the shots. With this particular dog, that isn t a problem, but we have others that are antsy and nervous when there. Spending a couple of minutes interacting with the dog before jumping right in would go a long way with some of our pets.

I brought my dog for an emergent type of visit , the staff on the phone were great, telling me to come straight in . We were seen by a different vet who was very kind and helpful in listening to the concerns I had regarding my dog . I appreciated the time and concern spend with my animal .

Even though the Dr. was booked with appointments, they worked it out so i could bring Onyx in to be looked at before the weekend. So many offices would not have done this and that s one of the many reasons I am so thankful Onyx goes to such a caring vet office. Thank all of the wonderful staff!!

I am very grateful for Dr Weeman and staff for being attentive and thorough in checking my dog out. She was very sick and tests and costs were discussed up front. I believe she wouldn t have been here today if it weren t for them. The staff was so courteous and loving towards my dog. It was my first visit and on an emergent case. I will definitely return there for all my pets needs.

Dr. Weeman, Chelsea and their team took such great care of our Rocco. They were very understanding about his anxiety and treated him with affection, despite him being upset about the muzzle and the needles. They were also very respectful to us and accepted me being so upset about our pup. I understand that the type of wound care Rocco received might be something that they are used to in their profession, but to us, it was scary and we are so appreciative of their knowledge and support. They made the best decisions on Rocco s behalf and were upfront and honest with us from the start. As parents to a super big dog that most people are scared of, they treated him like the gentle pup that we know him to be. Thank you!

We love Caroline Veterinary Clinic. After moving from Ridgely to Annapolis to care for my parents we have continued to drive our Heidi to Ridgely for her care because they are absolutely the Best! Our married children also bring their pets here as well. The knowledge, understanding and care given to our pets always goes above and beyond.

Dr. Weeman was awesome! Our dog didn’t have a great visit but the staff worked with us and him to try to make everything better. Called us later to check in and make sure we were all ok after the disaster of a visit and recommend ways to improve his next visit.
