Everything was awesome except that the stray I brought in to get checked had a chip, the receptionist called the chip company and reported that the chip was not registered. In fact it was, just with a different company. I found this out when I called the chip company to register the animal in my name and the person I talked to did a quick search of the other chip companies. The owner didn t want the animal back so it worked out, but it might not have and I would have been out of a lot of money. Perhaps the receptionist, when in a similar situation, could ask the chip company to check all the chip companies. I spent the next 3 days between animal control, the two chip companies, and the previous owner before it was sorted out. Other than that, service and facilities were great.
