I was pleased with my experience at Oyster River.

I had one issue out of ordinary. Cat was itching. Check with flea comb negative. Talked about other things. Left without any more idea of itch problem than when I arrived. If I had ben focused at time, I d ask for general skin condition check. DR should have thought of that. Also being on fixed income and no program for seniors makes it difficult to afford routine visits.

Everyone there is awesome! The Dr is easy to speak with and is very knowledgeable! Great staff!!!

I got a phone call when I got home saying I wasn’t charged enough because of a mistake they made in billing. I was told I had to pay the extra amount that day. This was not my mistake. It was the ones working in the office. Shouldn’t they have covered their mistake? And also this visit felt very different. Not friendly at all. New staff?

It was a Sr well check and His skin wasn t mentioned. I didn t even think of it until I got home. But I had some concerns about something on his skin.. a matt or scab..I don t know but surprised it wasn t mentioned since skin is supposed to be part of the checkup. Other then that fine but I need his skin checked. .

I can’t say enough positive things about Oyster River Vet! You are always so good to our pets, but also so informative when my son asked ALL the questions. Thank you. We are so lucky to have established care with you.
