My appointment that I made the day before was for 3:00 pm. Albeit, I was 7 minutes late, I was not seen by the doctor until 3:43. And at that, there was no mention of why they were late, let alone an apology from any staff members.

Kim has done a super job of grooming Collin. He is a very wriggly toy poodle but somehow she was even able to do his touchy muzzle. My groomer back in Michigan recommended Kim, and I Karena her a vote of thanks.

My husband and I were really taken by the helpfulness, caring and sensitivity of the entire staff at Oyster River Veterinary Clinic. Bringing our very sick cat in was stressful and we were both sad and anxious; by the time we left we felt hopeful and knew that our old pal was in very good hands. We couldn t feel better about the care he has received and look forward to having the staff at ORVC care for any future health issues.

Have been a client there for many years with more than one animal. Love the staff and clinic. However had a less than satisfying experience with Dr. Woodbury recently. My dog was in for routine exam and vaccinations. Dr. Woodbury had to make 3 attempts on one vaccine in our dogs left rear leg. She did not give us any instructions or explain there might be issues. The dog ended up with a baseball sized hematoma and was in pain. I had to apply ice to the area for 2 days before the edema decreased. Was not pleased and would prefer not to see her again.

We think that your practice is very quick to prescribe surgical remedies and related blood work. Both are expensive. It seems like the practice as a whole is more interested in making money than anything is. We are changing practices.

Every animal has its quirks . For example my previous dog couldn t stand taking his temperature and Oscar is dead scared of scales - the way they are next to a wall, or unsteady or something. When I bring my dog complaining on severe pain in his paw and still need to get him on the scale he fights with everything he got in him, injuring his poor leg even more. I wish any routine things like temperature or scales are done only if animal does not object or these are absolutely necessary. And animal s chart should be marked for those strangeness .
