Love this place!

Over all I liked hardaway, however it is more on the expensive side compared to other facilities I have visited for same standard procedures.

When you have a senior dog, you always wonder if your appointment is going to be the last one. Hardaway was highly recommended by a friend and I know why she held such high regard. The staff was compassionate and professional. The follow up call I got to check on our sweet Lynus was everything to me. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, thank you, thank you.

I guess we should have clarified the feeding! Is left enough food for my dogs to have two meals a day (they’d had their first one before I brought them in Wednesday morning, but they should have not had any left when I picked them up Friday morning....but they each had a meal left. But, they were quite happy and healthy, so it all worked out. Thanks for taking care of them for us!!

I ve been bringing my dog to you guys for the past 3 years for boarding and health related visits. The staff is friendly and I love seeing familiar faces. My dog tends to be a little nervous when hes not with me but seems to do well in your care. I am very satisfied with the attention we both receive when there!! thank you for keeping my pup happy and healthy!!!

Look, I love you guys.....my animals always get great care. BUT, I was told I could save some money and not have to do the full exam, and just get them caught up on the shots. I said that would be great; but then the vet decided since the dogs only come in once a year, they had to have an exam. I never come in twice a year ever for a basic check up, so why was I offered to just have the shots done, yet I had to pay for a partial exam with Ingrid, and a full exam with Izzy - which told me nothing I didn t know about either of them. Ingrid is in great health; Izzy is 13 yrs and I am fully aware of her shortcomings - yet I had to pay the full exam to be told this. So please do not offer I can get the shots only if you do not intend to allow me to do that. Neither dog got any further treatment besides the shots based on their exams. It would be nice to have a credit to my account for having to pay for the extra of the exams. Connie LeHocky
