Dr. Kovacs is awesome! I had three dogs with me and she took the time to carefully examine each of them and answer all my questions. We’ve worked with her in the past and she is always very sweet and patient. The ladies at the desk checking clients in and out and answering the phones could stand to be more friendly. It always seems like they’re put off by having to talk to clients. We didn’t have to wait in the waiting area at all and were brought directly into the exam room which was greatly appreciated with three dogs in tow. Costs are reasonable and competitive. Overall, we are pleased with the experience

The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. The only confusion was I made my appointment online and I m not sure if this was updated on the front desk staff s calendar.

The staff are incredible. Cathy, Marina, and Katie are wonderful, always kind and organized. Dr Fetzer is the best veterinarian ever, we drive from Oak Park to see him exclusively.

Bella was seen quickly and professionally, my fears were put to ease, and she is on the mend. Nicely handled. Thank you.

One suggestion is Kathy the receptionist sometimes tries to diagnose what is wrong with my pet over the phone. I realize she is knowledgeable but she is sometimes wrong. I want my vet to decide the best course of action.

We’vebeen Coming to your office for years and have had nothing but good experiences. We were a little concerned when dr fetzer was no longer taking care of our dogs but dr montinon has stepped in and done a wonderful job. Thank you all for your kind service.

I found it interesting that online I was able to select which vet I wanted to see, but that I did not see that vewt when I went in. Why give me a choice and not honor it?
