I love that everything is centered around the animal owner... from the sign in the front that lets you know you can call for help to get your animal in the office... to the door being opened for you as you enter the office with your animal... to leaving with your animal... to helping you carry dog food to your car. VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED! It is wonderful to be appreciated!

It was a very positive experience! Everyone was so kind & loving to Newt during his appointment, as well as Lillet who was seeking love & attention as well. It’s nice to be in an environment where everyone works together to provide great customer/patient service. ????

One of the things we appreciate about Dr. Appelbaum is that he doesn’t hurry through your appointment. He takes the time to address concerns and questions so that our pets are getting the best possible care because owner and Dr are on the same page. We truly appreciate the care we get at your clinic.
