Almost everything was great! The Veterinarian was excellent, very knowledgeable and was willing to help! I would suggest however that the front desk person receives more training on symptoms because she suggested that I was exagerating and that my dog had no illness (even though I explained that I knew my dog was sick bc this happened before and his stools were black) also she said a certain medication did not have secondary effects (contradicting what I said that there were secondary effects of certain medication), also at the end of the visit the front desk person said that the instructions were written int he paper for everything (did not offer detailed explanations on how to use the medications) The veterinarian actually agreed with me on my concerns (symptoms and secondary effects) and found that my dog did have a health issue, so because of this I am happy to return with my dog next time that we need help and I am glad the veterinarian is great!

Anna and Dr. Prats were incredibly kind, patient and helpful with my boy. I even brought my puppy along who is bonded with my oldest and they had no problem accommodating us in their office. Great veterinarian!

Dr. Prats and staff are GREAT!!! After my last visit Dr Prats followed up with an email to see how he was doing. How great is that?! I thought my very sick 15 year old Chihuahua was going to die. He had started eating less and less and was loosing weight but I didn t take him in earlier because after his best friend died (a 15 year old Chihuahua), he was overwhelmed with grief, it was heartbreaking. Now he s eating, and even playing again! After my last visit Dr Prats followed up with an email to see how he was doing. How great is that?!

Dr. Jessica Prats is a caring, competent and experienced veterinarian, who has recently opened her own shop in Coconut Grove. She provides outstanding service to all my pets. Her vet tech, Anna is great too! Please support their practice!

This is the first vet office I have been to where my dog felt comfortable! The exam room is very large with open space, rather than a small, intimidating space that I have taken my dog to in the past. The doctor is very nice and knowledgable, and I feel she took the time to provide individualized care.

I am beyond impressed with Dr. Prat and her staff. Everyone is very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was also surprised that they give a price quote for services. My cat had to be hospitalized for a few days and they welcomed me to call and visit whenever I needed, which I did. :-)
