Great place and staff

The whole staff was kind. I and my pet loved the veterinarian. She was thorough and kind. We were the last appointment but no one was rushing us out. We will be back.

Front desk was ok, were nice at first but when I had some problems regarding payment, I was given a not so please look. It made me feel uncomfortable. Not sure what suggestion to make of this other than to be more understanding I suppose

I was well pleased with the cleanliness of your office and exam room. The staff was nice and Dr Duty took time to answer all my questions and done a through exam. We really love her, and when Lacey’s blood work results came back she called me herself.

So happy I chose this vet office for my baby Harvey. The staff is always friendly and Dr Duty is amazing w my 100’s of questions and wonderful with golden boy.

when I was ask if they could help me the lady was very unpleasant and not polite or professional at all . She was one of the most rude person to talk with .other than for her my visit to the aminal hospital was great and very satisfied.

I was extremely pleased with everything about the Animal Hospital of Kannapolis. Having been to a vet in Siler City (who although nice, didn t dig deep enough) as well an emergency clinic in Kannapolis (who helped uncover one problem but seemed to brush off my other concerns), I was thrilled to find not only a great staff but a great doctor!!! I know my dogs are in good hands here! Thank you. :)
