I love Dr. Byrd s caring and loving nature. April was also very helpful when she called to check on my cat after receiving the report from UrgentVet. The person that answered the phone the same morning when I called to ask for advice wasn t helpful at all.

the techs are excellent with Buster. Drs Duty and Bird always caring and give excellent explanation and communicate all options and treatments.

I feel that it’s time to open the office and lobby back up. Thankfully, It’s been years since I have had a reason to take my pet into the office and boy how things have changed. I was asked upon arrival while sitting in my vehicle if I wanted to come in during the examination of my pet. What type of question is that? I quickly responded yes. As I went in the building, I immediately felt that I was not welcomed without a mask. The tech even asked me before I entered if I had a mask. As I went into the office, I noticed staff in other areas not wearing a mask, but every staff member either pulled their mask up or put on a mask when making contact with me. As a fully vaccinated individual, I felt these actions were not necessary. I was pleased with my service, but really hope you bring things back to normal soon.

Curbside service is very important to us and hope you will continue this convenience after the pandemic is over if ever

Dr Duty and her staff have been nothing short of amazing when helping me navigate a new diagnosis with my dog, Jake. They have been so attentive and open to answering any questions or freak out moments I have had. They are so supportive every step of the way.
