The check in / drop off I felt was quick, uncomfortable and cold with the Vet Tech. Pick up was excellent. Very through explanations, very personable and caring. 5 Stars here

The bill was 4 times higher than previous and wasn’t explained that it would be that expensive prior to having procedure done. It’s making the next several months financially difficult for my family as a result.
