Awesome service

Dr. varney is wonderful. I so appreciate her making room in her busy day for my animals emergencies, especially when no other vets will see livestock like goats. Prices are always fair and she is thoughtful about prescribing expensive treatment that may not be needed. I tell everyone about her and can t say enough good things.

I only wish I could help to handle my difficult cat so that the proper exam can be done. But I understand that COVID-19 has changed a lot about this.

Impressed with the dental work done on my dog. I was afraid to peek at the spots where he lost teeth but you can t even tell. Beautiful work!

The covid protocol was great and I appreciated everyone taking the safety measures seriously. The staff was friendly and treated my dogs wonderfully as they always do.

We conducted our appointment outdoors for the most part which worked out nicely. The vet took extra time to talk with me about my concerns and that was very much appreciated.

Can t wait to get back inside with our scared fur children for appts, but honored with the time and patience taken despite weather/elements when we can t.

Due to the ice storm, our surgery was cancelled. Still waiting for a reschedule. As for overall impression - staff seems great. Building exterior is on dire need of a facelift and clean up.

Wow. I brought in our cat and one of our dogs for routine immunizations, but with a couple of concerns about each one. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian stood out in the cold to make sure they understood my concerns, and answered my questions thoroughly. So thankful.

I didn’t go into the office, so can’t assess it. Everything was great except that I have asked three times to have Gwen’s records switched to me. Her previous owner, Kate Kilcup, received a post-appointment email from you. Before the appointment, I was told I had to wait for you to make the change at the appointment, but she is still receiving your emails (and I didn’t). Not sure why I received this one, but I appreciate the chance to ask if you would please complete the transfer process and send all communications regarding Gwen to me, Jodi Kilcup, at 514 w. Main St., Silverton. Thank you!

I was told to put a drop of medicine in the ear. It was very hard to see a drop go into the ear, since I stick it so far into the ear so I know that I used to much
