The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I come in.

When my cat is purring while a thermometer is in use, and when my dog (Crazy Lucy) strains at the leash to get to the clinic, I d say that s a good indication of the trust the pets feel. I, too, have great trust in the care and attention the staff provides. You re all great!!!

When I walked into the clinic there was an unpleasant odor. Only disappointment I have had was when returning medicine I was charged a fee for the vet to write the original prescription. Huh - it wasn t like I was given a prescription to take elsewhere to be filled. It was just handed over your counter. This charge is stupid and unnecessary. The medicine made my pet sick and then I am charged a fee cuz I returned it. Not good.
