We did like being able to come inside to wait, even if that added a little extra traffic control measures from the staff.

The doctor and the support staff are always kind, professional, and helpful. We are long-standing satisfied clients of the clinic and recommend them regularly. It is a pleasure to have such a high-quality practice in our community.

The wait was a bit long, but animals have emergencies. just like people. I didn t mind waiting.

The Victorian collar has to be removed for eating . Putting it back on was a real pain with a dog who is awake and doesn’t want to wear it . After considerable frustration I’ve learned the most efficient sequence , and adjusted the fit for ease of installation and comfort on the dog . The collar popped loose several times as he rammed it into furniture and door jams ………that is finally resolved with an additional strip of Velcro at the top . Maybe there’s a better type of collar available ???

Dr. Varney is very kind. The techs are great. Would appreciate if they introduced themselves. The exam room did not seem very clean. Not sure why I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. They did apologize.

I love them all. My dogs love them. The whole staff is kind and gentle and respectful to the humans and the animals
