Scheduling portal didn’t work- my appointment didn’t show up in the system when I checked in. They fit me in though and the vet was kind and knowledgeable.

The prices seem to be getting high. Be careful you may be pricing yourself out of the market. It will be a shame to see Linda retire. We will miss her. The health exam was very minimal and short. Could have spent more time on the patient.

Dr. Amy was rude and unprepared for our visit. She clearly did not look in my dogs chart prior to seeing him as she was unaware of his chronic Lymes condition. We will be seeing her partner on future visits.

I never got a post card, email anything on one of my dogs had to pay $80.00 for a blood test because she was to late for a vaccination. Not happy about that.

Dr Amy is so inspiring with her seemingly infinite energy and enthusiasm for patient care. Even at the end of the day she was still going like a freight train! Thanks again and we will see you next month for a vaccination.

I was unhappy with the tech on the day of our appointment. Not very good with cats. She wasn t very personable. We have been coming to your clinic for a long time and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

The staff and doctors are always great with Maddie. I couldn t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. I trust them completely with her care.

We were concerned about the length of time it took for the blood draw and the extensive alcohol applied to Snuggles chest region and one rear leg. She reeked of alcohol so much that we tried to remove it once we got her home. She licked and licked those regions and spent the rest of that day and all of the next in a very listless state, sleeping almost all of the time. Very unlike her, not normal at all. I know Barbara received a call about the blood work and mentioned these concerns, but it still concerns me. Norman Leeling

Always a pleasure to come to the Animal Medical Center!

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The Dr’s always take the time to listen and I respect that. Even if that means I wait a little bit while they tend to other animals. I know they’re spending the time necessary with other customers. The facility is always clean.

I have been using Animal Medical Center for years . The service is always friendly and they make time to see you when your pet is sick.

Wasn t real crazy about listening to a dog bark non-stop the entire time we were there, felt bad for him -- kinda freaked out my dog -- but all in all it was great as usual.

i think you should let people know before they finish their appointment that you do not take checks. it was very inconvenient for me.
