The majority of the staff is always friendly with the exception of one woman. Don t know her name but all I can say is that she has a very deep gravely voice like someone who s been smoking for years. She s not friendly and has an attitude like she hates her job or you re bothering her. Wrong profession for her if you ask me but everyone else is very nice.

When you have a puppy shot appointment, please don’t make the customer wait 1 hour from start to finish. First of all, I was not prepared with a toy to wait that amount of time. Also, offer to re-do an oral med free of charge when the puppy vomits up less than 5 mins out of your office after you pay $32.00 for it. Also, a call back on Monday would have been a nice touch after knowing the puppy was sick from the shots Saturday.

Staff always seems happy to see us! Exam rooms always fresh smelling and in order. Very easy to keep track of all information on the billing recipe. So happy to have found this loving vet practice!!!!
