The whole team is wonderful, to the point that I decided against changing vets even after I moved out of the neighbourhood. Always feel that my pet is in good hands and well taken care of!

I feel so lucky to have a vet service that I trust implicitly. I especially appreciate the staff-from the receptionists to the technicians. The level of professionalism and customer service is outstanding. They are very warm and friendly. Going to the vet is stressful enough for both me and my pet, so it means a lot when I am made to feel comfortable. I ve known Dr. Stefanescu for a while and met Dr. Brown for the first time. I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Vlad since I first adopted her at 9 weeks. Dr. Vlad and his staff are second to none. The care, commitment and attention given to my pet are incredible!!! The follow up for any issue is something I have never experienced. They don t stop at one call - they stay in touch until all is perfectly well. Very professional and yet approachable staff. Was given the options and recommendations for my dog’s treatment, with his wellbeing as the priority. It’s rare to feel like the staff really cares and my dog immediately caught up on it and cuddled with Dr. Stefanescu. Great experience !
